Returns and refunds policy

Customer Service:

Julienne offers refunds only for the purchase of non-discounted products. If a product has not met your expectations, a full refund - excluding paid shipping costs - is possible under the following conditions:

- You must first send an email to our customer service explaining the cause of your refund inquiry. We will answer you with further instructions.

- The item must be returned within 14 days upon the arrival.

- It must be returned in the exact same condition as it has been received; with the hygienic sticker, hang tags, unworn, unwashed, unused with the original packaging.

- The return cost is at your expense. Please keep hold of your delivery tracking number.

NOTE: Any additional local taxes that your country or state applies are not included and are the customers responsibility. If you do not pay your country taxes, or if you refuse the parcel, your items will be returned to us, and we will deduct a fee of CHF 60.- to cover part of our DHL courier costs.

- Julienne is not responsible for items that are damaged or lost in transit.

- We do not proceed to exchanges.
